Anthony Allen Stephens, Jr. (December 23, 1958 – December 2, 2011) Anthony Allen Stephens, Jr., age 52, of Jamestown passed away Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center. No services have been planned at this time, and the family has chosen cremation. He was of the Christian faith. Anthony was born December 23, 1958 in Putnam County, TN. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Allen Stephens, Sr., and is survived by his mother, Janice Stephens. He is also survived by one sister, Belinda Anderson of Nashville, TN, two brothers, Justin Stephens of Atlanta, GA, and Danny Stephens of Cookeville, TN.
