Arthur George Folster, born July 17th, 1949 in Fall River, Ma. passed away on April 5th., 2020 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Cookeville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Rose Folster from Somerset, MA. He leaves behind, his loving wife Mary Collins Folster, Monterey, TN. His son Jeremy (Colleen) Folster Blackstone, Ma, two daughters, Jessica (John) Warrington , Attleboro, Ma. and Carrie (Rob) Petty Dyersburg, TN. Two wonderful grandsons Brady and Brendan Folster, two granddaughters Isabella Warrington, Attleboro, Ma. and Maggie Renshaw (Aaron Odem) Baxter, TN. One great granddaughter Haven Gray Renshaw, Baxter, TN. Sister in law Helen (Gary) Miller, Masontown, WV. One nephew Jason N Miller, Masontown, WV, and One niece Tammy (Mike) and Aiden Lemons, Gerrardstown, WV. and longtime friends Thelma and Dwain Rice, Morgantown, WV. Art graduated from Somerset High School In 1967, he was active in football and baseball. He continued his education at Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he got his degree in Civil Engineering. He worked for Perini/Tudor Building Company, based in Framingham, Ma. and later in California for 28 years until his retirement in 2010. He coached girls and boys basketball in Milford, Ma. He took many trips to Alaska and of course loved fishing there also, especially reeling a big halibut. Art enjoyed the last several years spending his winters in Key West, Fl., he loved fishing and taking his boat out in the ocean. He was a wonderful Father to his children and a super Grampa to his grandchildren. To his great granddaughter, who adoringly loved him, he was her Ppaw. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
