Blake Ortlepp

Funeral services for Mr. Blake Aaron Ortlepp, 22 of Lebanon and formerly of Cookeville, will be held Saturday April 12 at 3 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Bennett and Bro. Fabron Nickalson officiating. Interment will follow in West Cemetery in the Burgess Falls Community. Blake died suddenly Tuesday April 8, 2014 at his home. Blake was born December 26, 1991 in Livingston, Tennessee. He was an associate at Nissan in Murfreesboro; loved music, the outdoors; and was an avid UT Sports Fan. He was preceded in death by a half-sister, Trinity Ortlepp. Survivors include mother and step-father, Eashia and Stephen Turner of Algood; father and step-mother, Patrick and Sandy Ortlepp of Lebanon; son, Kayson Ortlepp; daughter, Amaris Ortlepp and their mother, Jessica Dillon all of Cookeville; two brothers, Garrett Ortlepp of Lebanon and Timmy (Ashley) Roe of Grey Court, SC: maternal grandparents, Mike Judd of Lawrenceburg, TN and Wanda Judd of Cookeville; paternal grandparents, Ron and Joyce Ortlepp of Baxter; and his nephew, Paxton Ortlepp of Lebanon. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Blake's family will receive friends Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
