Bobby Delk

Funeral services for Bobby Randall Delk, Sr. of Lebanon, TN and formerly of Algood will be held Saturday November 2 at 11 a.m. from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home with Rev. David Kornguth officiating. Interment will follow in the Taylor Place Cemetery in Fentress County, TN. The family will receive friends Friday from 5 -7 pm and again Saturday from 9 am until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Delk died suddenly Wednesday evening October 30, 2013 at his home in Lebanon, TN. He was born January 1, 1953 in Jamestown, TN to Mrs. Darlene Bowmer Delk of Jamestown and the late Clyde Edison Delk, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Delk Jr. Mr. Delk was a self-employed carpenter. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Joanie Delk of Sparta; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy and Kirk Ledbetter of Cookeville, Tricia and David Legge of Algood; three brothers, Tom and Jack Delk both of Jamestown, and Clyde (Skip) Delk of WV; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Missy and Rev. Charlie Golden of Jamestown, Pat and Hoyt Lackey of OH; and ten grandchildren, Trey Henderson, Travis Hunter, and Kylie Ledbetter, Lindsay Byars, Derek and Julia Legge, Jalyn, Jessica, and James Chadwick. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
