Bradley Wayne Bingham, of Cookeville, age 50, was born October 30, 1967 in Crossville, TN. He passed away on February 21, 2018. He entered his heavenly home after a long hard battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Brad was a member of Heavenly Host Lutheran Church Cookeville, where he had served as an elder and a school board member of Heavenly Host Lutheran School. He was employed by The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service of Cookeville, having 20 years of service. Having grown up in Crossville, TN, Brad graduated from Cumberland County High School. He was a graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management and a Masters in Biology. He loved hunting, playing softball, and gardening. Brad is preceded in death by his parents, Paul (Bud) Bingham and Celia Tollett Bingham Segroves of Crossville, TN. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Andrea Crouch Bingham formerly of Wartburg, TN and two children, Addison Elizabeth and Brock Aiden Bingham. He is also survived by his stepfather, Jim Segroves of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Paula Bingham Tollett (husband, Dan) of Hendersonville, TN, Allison Coplan (husband, John) of Florida; two nieces, Dana Haddock (husband, Haynes) and their children, Daniel and Anna, and Molly Barbuto (husband, Dave) and their children, Jake and Avary. Also surviving are his mother and father-in-law, Alberta and Roger Long; sister and brother-in-law, Alisia and Doug Freels; and nieces, Anna and Alli Freels. Funeral Services will be held at Heavenly Host Lutheran Church (777 S. Willow Ave. Cookeville, TN) on Sunday February 25th at 3:00 p.m. (CST) with Pastor Andrew Smith and Pastor David Graves officiating. Interment will follow at Tollett’s Chapel Cemetery in Crossville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (CST) prior to the funeral service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heavenly Host Lutheran School Scholarship fund, 777 S. Willow Ave. Cookeville, TN 38501, or to the ALS Association Tennessee Chapter webtn.alsa.org.
