Candace Herbitter

Memorial services for Mrs. Candace Lee Herbitter, 64 of Cookeville will be held Thursday January 3 at 1 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Rogers officiating. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Herbitter died Thursday afternoon December 27, 2012 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Herbitter was born July 3, 1948 in Hollywood, CA to the late Stanley Peter and Gwendolyn Penelope Schofield Hansen. She was raised in Oahu, Hawaii. She was retired Director of Nursing at Community Hospital in New Port Richey, FL; a professional dancer who taught dancing at Arthur Murray; and was a Counselor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Herbitter. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa & Brady Bush; son, Chasen Hansen; grandchildren, Angeleah Parisi, Gianna Parisi, Steele Bush, and Megan Bush; and her sister & best friend, Nancy Neil all of Cookeville.
