Charlene Fowler

Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Charlene Ruth Fowler, age 85 of Cookeville, will be held Monday February 23 at 2 p.m. at Elrod Cemetery in White County. Chaplain Melinda Bilbrey will officiate. Mrs. Fowler's family will visit with friends following services at the cemetery. Mrs. Fowler died Sunday December 28, 2014 in Signature Health Care of Putnam County in Algood. She was born January 23, 1929 in White County, Tennessee to the late Everett Dillard and Nancy Cordelia Sherrell Fowler. Mrs. Fowler was a retired office administrator and of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ovanliej Fowler, Leodus Fowler, and Cara Fowler; and three sisters, Cilo Martin, Clara Odell Massa, and Pearl Kellye. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
