Charles E. Anderson

Funeral services for Charles Anderson age 79 of Baxter, will be Monday, April 15 at 2 PM at New Home Baptist Church with Bro. Charlie Wills officiating. Interment will follow at New Home Baptist Church Cemetery in the Boma Community of Putnam County. The family will receive friends at the church Monday from 10 AM until service time. Mr. Anderson passed away Friday, April 12, 2019 at NHC of Cookeville. He was born in Putnam County, TN to late Thomas Borden Anderson and Margaret Jernigan Anderson. He was an Air Force veteran serving from 1957 to 1962. Survivors include wife Mildred Arnell Phelps Anderson of Baxter, children: Bill (Jan) Anderson of Milan, TN, Eddie (Pam) Anderson of Melissa, TX and Suzanne Anderson (Mike) Robichaud of Cookeville, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to New Home Baptist Church Mission Fund in memory of Charles Anderson. Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
