Memorial services for Christopher Joseph Patton, 24 of Cookeville, will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 16 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home with Pastor Alain Edel officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Christopher died suddenly Sunday, February 7, 2016 in Cookeville. He was born November 1, 1991 in Oak Ridge, TN to the late Billy Joe Patton and Rachelle Kelly Fontaine. Christopher was a US Army veteran. He was a Christian who loved his family. He was also a sports fan, especially Ohio State Buckeye Football, New England Patriots, and mixed martial arts competition. Christopher also was an avid reader. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ray and Rachelle Fontaine of Cookeville; sister and brother-in-law, Kendra and Brandon Davenport of Cookeville; two step-sisters, Ashley Fontaine of Florence, MS, and Megan Fontaine of Lake, MS; six nephews, Austin, Evin, Hadin, Rylin, Eastin, and Westin Davenport; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends who will all miss him deeply.
