Funeral services for David Curtis England, 19, of Cookeville, will be held Sunday, March 4 at 2pm at Washington Avenue Baptist Church. Rev Mark Gaw and Rev. Justin Randolph will officiate. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery in White County. David died Thursday March 1, 2012 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1992 in Cookeville. David was a 2011 Cookeville High School graduate. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Mike and Donette England; mother and step-father, Kristine and Gerry Holland, all of Cookeville; brother, Logan England of Cookeville; two sisters, Meghan England Hamilton of Cookeville and Lauren England of Wixom, MI; two step-brothers, Dane Holland of Cookeville and Bryan Holland of Sparta; two step-sisters, Crystal Holland and Laci Hale both of Cookeville; grandparents, Curtis and Lynne Ring of Sterling Heights, MI, Brenda Suppus and Dick Reed of Cookeville, Rev. David and Bessie England of Sparta; great grandmother, Floria Holman of Sparta;niece, Braelyn Hamilton; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cookeville Chapel and again on Sunday from 1p.m. until service time at the church. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
