Donna Roberts

BOMA-Graveside service and interment for Donna Lynn Roberts, 63 of Silver Point, will be Friday, January 6 at 1 PM at Smellage Cemetery in the Boma Community of Putnam County. Bro. Dwight Henry will officiate. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Mrs. Roberts died Tuesday night, January 3, 2023 at her home in Silver Point surrounded by her loving family.

She was born May 18, 1959 in Cookeville to the late Arvil Ernest and Winnie Mae Rodgers Jackson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Jackson.

Donna was a 1977 graduate of Upperman High School in Baxter.

She was a retired manager with Pacesetters of Cookeville.

Donna enjoyed sewing, gardening with her husband, spending time with her grandchildren and all her many friends. She enjoyed the lake life and spending time with her friends at the Sligo Marina.

Survivors include husband, Scotty Roberts; son, Daily Roberts both of Silver Point; grandchildren: Annah Roberts and Temperance Reese Roberts; brothers, Dennis and Danny Jackson both of Bloomington Springs; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Debbie Jackson, Joetta and Jeff Herald; nieces, Annie Jackson, Shannon Jackson, Betty Herald; nephews, Daniel Jackson, Dakota Jackson, Kyndall Cox, Justin Herald and Jason (wife Jordan) Herald; several great nieces and nephews. Also a special friend Edwin "Possum" Ashburn.
