Donna Waters

Funeral services for Ms. Donna Marie Waters, age 58, of Cookeville, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday May 16 at Dyer Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Stewart Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 - 8 p.m. and again Wednesday from 9 a.m. until service time. Donna passed away Sunday afternoon May 13, 2018 at her home. She was born September 4, 1959 in Cookeville, TN to the late Bobby Sr. and Notie Clouse Waters. Donna worked formerly at UCHRA and retired from Upper Cumberland Electric Corporation. She enjoyed being outdoors, tending flowers, and caring for her animals. Donna loved spending time with her family and friends and especially her grandsons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Waters Jr. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Casey Garrison; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Ronnie Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Dawnetta Waters; and grandchildren, Collin and Brody Garrison, all of Cookeville. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorial contributions may be made to Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter, 2650 Gainesboro Grade, Cookeville, TN, 38501.
