Memorial services for Mr. Douglas Lynn Sullivan Sr., age 66, of Cookeville, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday November 20 at Fairview Church of Christ. His family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Mr. Sullivan passed away Monday November 11, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born July 6, 1953 in La Porte, IN to Ralph Douglas Sullivan and Jeanette Ruth Goodson Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan was a member of Fairview Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 25 years, Georgette Halliwill Sullivan, whom he married September 4, 1993 in Riverside, CA; two daughters, Sherrie Moffatt, and Sandra Russell (husband, Matthew); son, Doug Sullivan Jr. (wife, Tonya); 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carla Lane; and brother, Donald Hammonds. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Church of Christ, 8298 Fairview Road, Cookeville, TN 38501.
