Doyle Looper

Mr. Bonnie Doyle Looper, age 85 of Cookeville, passed away Thursday afternoon at his home. No services are planned. Doyle was born December 8, 1934 in Monterey, TN to the late Rastus and Audia Bilbrey Looper. He was a faithful member of Stevens Street Baptist Church where he enjoyed volunteering at the Care Center. Doyle was a retired sales representative with Dacco in Cookeville. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ruby Haney Looper, they married March 15, 1974; son, Don Looper of Cookeville; two daughters, Bonnie Jean Brown of Cookeville, Cathy Renae Territo of Lebanon; brother, John Looper of Cookeville; six grandchildren, Shane Brown, Tony Brown, Matthew Looper, Amanda Hunter, Kevin Marshall, and Olivia Barrett; great-grandchildren, Braiden Brown, Courtney Brown, Cora Brown, Jordan Brown, Jace Brown, Jaylin Hunter, Haley Hunter, and Mason Brewer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Marcus Looper. Memorial contributions may be made to the Care Center at Stevens Street Baptist Church, 327 W Stevens St, Cookeville, TN 38501. Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
