Visitation for Mr. Frankie Lynn Bumbalough, age 65 of Hendersonville, TN, was held Saturday evening, April 17th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. A private family graveside service was held Sunday, April 18th at Smith Chapel Cemetery in the Pleasant Hill community of Cumberland County, TN. Mr. Bumbalough died Thursday April 15, 2021 in Hendersonville, TN. He was born March 10, 1956 in Sparta, TN to the late Tom and Braskey "Mae" Randolph Bumbalough. Frank worked as a carpenter throughout his life, building and remodeling decks, mostly in Nashville and Franklin. He enjoyed working on old cars, playing poker and spending time outdoors fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Alene Laurent; and by brothers, Clifton, Cletus and Melvin Bumbalough. Frank is survived by sons, Frank Bumbalough and wife Mary "Katie" of Hendersonville and Joshua Bumbalough of Chapel Hill, TN; brothers, Glen Bumbalough of Dickson, TN and Stevie Bumbalough of Cookeville; sisters, Adell Grogan and Mildred Dyer, both of Cookeville; and by three grandchildren.
