Gary Stockton

Graveside services and interment for Gary Wayne Stockton, age 65 of the Austin Bottom Community, were held at 3 p.m. Thursday June 10 at Spears Cemetery. Rev. Gary West will officiate. Social distancing was appreciated. Gary passed away Monday, June 7, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born March 5, 1956 in Cookeville, TN to the late Kenneth and Clara Barnes Stockton. Gary was retired from Perdue Farms. He was a member of Nash Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Marsha Spears Stockton; sons, Ben Smith and Keith Gaw; daughters, Carrie (Chris) Clinton and Christie Sullivan; sisters, Joyce Stockton and Carolyn Mayberry, all of Cookeville; grandchildren, Claramae Clinton, Bentley Smith, and Raylynn Sullivan, and special nephew, Eric Farley.
