Jason "JAY" Samuel Johnson, 54 of Cookeville, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022 at his home. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
He was born September 25, 1968 in Kingsport, TN to the late Samuel Gale and Barbara Joyce Owens Johnson.
He was a truck driver.
Jay enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, working on his cars.
He was a jokester.
Survivors include a sister, Julie Johnson of Kingsport.
