Funeral services for Jean Watts Robbins, 68 of Lebanon, will be held Monday at 11 am in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Sharp Young and Bro. George Reed officiating. Interment will follow in the Robinson Chapel Cemetery in White County. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 "� 8 pm, Sunday from 2 "� 8 pm and again Monday from 10 am until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Robbins died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1942 in Smith County, TN to the late Carmen McDouglas and Lena Christine Young Watts. Mrs. Robbins retired as an office manager at Farber Sales in Nashville, TN with over 40 years of service. She enjoyed fishing, vegetable and flower gardening, and camping outdoors. She was involved in Stage Struck Players Theater Group in Lebanon. Her hobbies included crossword puzzles and genealogical study. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd and Melvin Watts; a nephew, Gregory Marsh, and a great-niece, Sarah Shingleton. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Wood of Lebanon; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Faye Wilson and Linda Marsh, both of Lebanon, Myra and Ron Kirkham of Corydon, IN; two grandchildren, Joshua and McDouglas Wood; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Cameron Stewart, Michael Marsh, Phillip Watts, Michael Ensor, Michael Bush and Billy Wayne Young. Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Wood, McDouglas Wood, and Brian Hart.
