Joe Modrall

Joseph Byce Modrall, age 59 of Cookeville, passed away Monday April 26, 202 at his home. No services are planned. He was born March 6, 1962 in Iowa City, IA to the late William and Peggy Hackney Modrall. He is survived by his son, Ryan (Elizabeth) Modrall of Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Sara Modrall of Nashville; brothers, Butch Modrall and Mike Modrall; sisters, Carol Modrall, Brenda Roedel, and Lisa Doyle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Michelle Randolph, and Linda Farrar. “Grief is praise.
