Kirsten Folker

A celebration of life gathering for Mrs. Kirsten Marie Pittenturf Folker, age 44 of Allons, will be held Saturday, October 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Willow Grove Resort & Marina.

Kirsten passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a recent illness.

She was born January 16, 1978 in Pontiac, MI to Vickie Hendry Shafor. She graduated from high school in Michigan and enjoyed traveling as a teenager.

She moved to Tennessee along with her family in 2010. She was a self professed hippie and enjoyed all things tie dye. Spending time with her family was most important to her.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Abigail Folker; a son, Jacob Folker; a grandson, Tayson Gaw; and by cousins, Carrie and Brian Childers.
