Louine Elizabeth McFadden, 84 of Monterey died Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Standing Stone Care & Rehab Center in Monterey. No services are planned at this time. She was born July 13, 1927 in Bangor, Maine to the late Austin L. and Rhoda Hector Gordon. She was a retired manager in the food service industry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Henry McFadden and a son Phillip McFadden. Survivors include daughter & son-in-law Charlene & Tyler Read of Monterey, 6 sisters: Dorothy Simmons and Jeannette Leeman both of Bangor, Maine, Mary Landers of Bowie, Maryland, Jacqueline Lopez of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, Gladys Green of Los Angeles, Ca. and Vera Edwards of Mashpee, Mass., 2 grandchildren: William Day of Springfield, Mass. and Danielle Day of Chicopee, Mass., 7 great-grandchildren: Rayshawn Day, Aryanna Cournoyer, Raphael Aviles, Krystal Champagne, William Day V, D"�nazia Day and Joseph Suarez and numerous nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Home Health caregiver, Amanda Cook of Monterey, the staff and caregivers at Standing Stone Care & Rehabilitation Center in Monterey and friends & church family at Life Church in Cookeville for all their care, love and support.
