BAXTER-Private family graveside service for Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Reagan, 73 of Springfield, Virginia were held Tuesday, December 29, 2 PM at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Baxter. Family members officiated. She died Monday, December 21, 2020 at her daughter's home in Springfield, VA. She was born December 15, 1947 in Baxter to the late John Kenneth and Norene Bruce Barr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents: Alvin and Clara Judd Bruce, Samuel Neely Barr, Sr. and Parzetta Elizabeth Myatt Barr. Betsy was a sweet, determined, intelligent woman who cared deeply for her family, friends and neighbors. After retiring from her career in IT, she helped implement forward thinking green solutions for her community. Survivors include children: Michael (Nicol) Reagan of Corona, CA, Angela Holland of Springfield, VA, grandchildren: Chance Holland and Quincy Holland, sister Carolyn Jones of Knoxville.
