Mildred K Baker

Funeral Services for Mildred K. Baker, age 90 of Cookeville, will be held Thursday July 28, 2011 6:00 p.m. at the Popular Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening July 28, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be Friday July 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah, KY. Mildred passed away on Tuesday July 26, 2011, at NHC in Cookeville. She was born December 17, 1920 in Memphis TN to the late Rice and Pearl Bumpus. Ms Baker is survived by her daughter Gelena Smith of Cookeville, three grandchildren Douglas R.(Tammey) Smith of Cookeville, Steven J. Smith of Dalton GA, David (Lisa) Smith of Grand Rapids MI. In addition she is survived by three Great-grandchildren Olivia Smith, Jacob D. Smith and Miranda Smith; as well as one nephew Rodney Bumpus of Paducah KY. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Travis Bumpus. Bro Bobby Sebastian will officiate the service.
