Mrs. Delsie Sneed Corbin Redman

Funeral Services for Mrs. Delsie Sneed Corbin Redman, age 86, of Cookeville, will be Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening, October 5, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Redman passed away Saturday morning, October 3, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born September 24, 1929 in Columbia KY to the late Johnnie L. Sneed and Mamie Campbell Sneed. She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Delsie attended the One Eleven Fellowship. She loved family outings, yard sales, raising kids, camping and traveling. Delsie is survived by eight children; Roger (Jennifer) Corbin of Cookeville, Richard (Cheryl) Corbin of Ingals, IN, Larry Corbin (Loy Corriston) of Cookeville, Steve Corbin of Anderson IN, Jeff (Kim) Corbin and Randy (Mona) Corbin both of Cookeville, Barbara (Dave) Troutt of Livingston, and “R.J” Rick (Jenny) Corbin of Pendleton IN, as well as two sisters-in-law; Margaret Sneed of Daleville IN and Toni Sneed of Edinburgh IN. In addition, Mrs. Redman is survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren as well as two brothers; Alton (Sharon) Sneed of Daleville IN, and Billy (Anita) Sneed of Scottsburg IN, two sisters; Doris (Clayton) Smith of Edinburg IN and Betty (John) Benedict of Cookeville. Delsie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Redman was preceded in death by three brothers; Marion, Mont, and Arvis Sneed. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Bro. Roger Cooper will be conducting the services.
