Pamela Lugo

Memorial services for Mrs. Pamela Lugo, age 64, of Cookeville, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Lugo died suddenly Saturday evening, March 19, 2016 at her home. She was born January 2, 1952 in Oklahoma City, Ok to the late Robert B. Joiner and Kay Hawpe Havens of Oklahoma City. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sherry Joiner. Pamela was a talented graphic designer and advertising specialist in Dallas, TX. She later was a successful realtor in Dallas and Chicago, IL prior to retiring and moving to Cookeville. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 24 years, Sam Lugo (whom she married September 14, 1991 in Irving, TX); two brothers, Robert Joiner (wife Susan) of Dallas, TX, Michael Joiner of Amarillo, TX. Certified Celebrant Judy Duke will officiate. Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (931)526-6111.
