Patricia Lynn Raymond, age 54 of Cookeville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Patty was born November 25, 1956 in Orlando FL to Mary L. Raymond and the late Louis Eddy Raymond. She lived in the Cookeville area for several years, and was a loved and faithful employee of the First National Bank of Tennessee for nine years working at the Jefferson Ave. branch here in Cookeville. Patty was a very loving and caring person who was always concerned about the well being of others and put their needs before her own. She was very knowledgeable about most anything and was a great listener. She displayed dedication to her friends and animals, and will be lovingly remembered by her friends and family who will be comforted by knowing she is at peace in heaven. Ms. Raymond is survived by her mother, Mary L. Raymond of Melbourne FL; three brothers; Louis E. Raymond (wife Ginny) of South Carolina, Robert Raymond (wife Ming) of San Antonio TX and David Raymond of Melbourne FL. She is also survived by one sister; Pamela Moore (husband John) of Hollywood MD as well as nieces and nephews; Karen and David Raymond, Serena Raymond, Taylor and Ryan Moore. Patty is also survived by Harley, Rocco, Jasmine and Symba, her beloved animals as well as a host of friends and co-workers. The family has chosen cremation and a private memorial service will be held at a later time. Patricia has requested memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
