Funeral services for Mr. Raymond Hubert Randolph, age 81 of Destin, Florida and formerly of Monterey will be held Saturday January 26 at 1 pm in the chapel of Horner Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Bowman officiating. Interment, with military honors, will follow in Welch Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Randolph died Tuesday January 22, 103 in Fort Walton Medical Center in Fort Walton, FL. He was born May 27, 1931 in Wilder, Tennessee to the late Virgial and Birtha L Allred Randolph. He served in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953 and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict where he was awarded 2 Bronze Stars, UN Service Medal and UN Service Medal and Combat Infantry Badge (CIB). He reenlisted in the United States Navy in 1957 and served to 1960. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Helen Randolph. Survivors include three sisters, Elise Vaden, Lois Foister both of Monterey and Betty Ford of Vandallia, OH; Special friends, Debbie Mae, Joe Simmons & Danny Williams all of Destin, FL and his dog, Scooter. Pallbearers will be David Hunger, Jason Howard, Justin Howard Steve Foister, Scott Foister, and Danny Williams. Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville, TN is in charge of arrangments.
