Reba Johnson

Funeral services for Mrs. Reba Stella Johnson 76, of Cookeville will be held Wednesday January 16 at 1 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horne Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Blankenship and Bro. David Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Phillips Cemetery. Mrs. Johnson died Friday evening January 11, 2013 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born April 22, 1936 in Overton County, Tennessee to the late James Daily and Alcy Jane Moles Hammons. She was a member of Algood Church of Christ; worked a number of years as a CNA and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mack Austin Johnson and two sisters, Ruby Hammons and Dean Dixon. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Kim Johnson of Rickman; two daughters and a son-in-law, Linda Johnson of Algood and Becky & Mike Dewitt of Jacksonville, FL; and four grandchildren, Tabithia Chaffin, Misty Jones, Jeremiah Johnson, and Josh Johnson. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Johnson"�s family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
