Funeral services for Richard James Woudstra, Jr. 58 of Cookeville, will be Monday, November 15 at 1 PM at the Dyer Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home with Pastor Ted Kocher officiating. Interment will follow in Double Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:30 PM until 8 PM and after 11:30 AM Monday until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Woudstra died Thursday, November 11, 2021 at his home. He was born March 12, 1963 in Marlette, Michigan to Sherry Stieler of Cookeville and the late Richard James Woudstra, Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by step father, John Dubay, brothers, Allen and Kevin Woudstra and Johnny Dubay. Survivors in addition to his mother, include 6 sisters, Tammy Woudstra and Kandie Winfield both of Cookeville, Shannon Woudstra of Colorado, Andrea Thomason of Gainesboro, Jamie Swartz of Mcminnville and Rhonda Sanders of Huntsville, AL; several nieces and nephews; daughter in heart, Olivia Antico.
