-Funeral Services for Robbie Sue Gateley Smith, 74 of Baxter will be Saturday, March 9 at 11 A.M. from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home with interment to follow in Saylors Cemetery in White County with Bro. Ed Shaver officiating. Mrs. Smith died suddenly Tuesday afternoon, March 5, 2013 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1938 in Silver Point, TN to the late C.C. Clemons and Fannie Elizabeth McCaleb Johnson. She was a retired seamstress with Dixie Furniture. She attended Buckner Free Will Baptist Church and Cedar Hill Baptist Church. She also attended the Baxter Senior Citizens Programs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Randy Gateley and Alex Smith, a son Victor Gateley and several sisters and brothers. Survivors include her daughter Treva Smith of Menifee, CA, three sons William "BUBBA"� Rittenberry of Baxter, Ferrell Gateley of Daytona, FL, Rickey Gateley of Fl., brother Joe Johnson of Syracuse, N.Y., five grandchildren; William Carlos Rittenberry, Chris Rittenberry, Tiffany Bryant, Ray Smith and Heather Dortch, and three great-grandchildren: Trent, Royce and Treva Smith. Family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 P.M. and after 9 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
