Ronnie Nabors

Funeral Services for Ronnie Frank Nabors, age 65, of Baxter, will be Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday, June 14, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday, June 15 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service. Burial will be in the West Cemetery. Mr. Nabors passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at UMC Medical Center in Lebanon, TN. He was born November 12, 1947 in Dry Valley, TN. to the late Frank Nabors and Ona Robinson Nabors. Ronnie was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and after returning home provided for his family working in the logging business. Ronnie was a member of the Bussell Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife; Elaine Nabors; one daughter; Melissa (Jeff) Winningham of Smithville, four grandchildren; Chase and Paige Winningham of Smithville, Tristan and Trey Nabors of Baxter, daughter-in-law Misty Nabors of Baxter, one brother; Joe Nabors of Baxter, three sisters; Kathleen (Frank) Davis of Cookeville, Brenda (Richard) Goff of Baxter and Doris (Clarence) Foister of Baxter. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his son, Chad Nabors; a two brothers, Herman and Horace Nabors; two infant siblings, Ella Marie and Frank Nabors. Bro. Frank Davis and Bro. Denton Ramsey will conduct the services and Pallbearers will be friends and family members.
