Willie Durane Judd

Funeral services for Willie Durane Judd, age 71, of Cookeville, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009 from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will be in West Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the funeral home. Mr. Judd passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1938, in Putnam County to the late William Haskel Judd and Dulah Lindsey Judd. Mr. Judd was a retired Window Maker and had spent many years in Florida working for Ware Aluminum Windows. His family includes his daughter; Teresa Johnson and her husband Robert, of Cookeville; three grandchildren, Joshua Shane Johnson and his wife Tabitha, Barbara Katie Johnson, and Tracy Lynn Johnson; one great-grandson, Joshua Shane Johnson Jr. and one sister, Martha Gregory, all of Cookeville. He is also survived by a special friend, Linda Hewett, and several friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, the late Haskel and Dulah Judd. Bro. Sterl Paramore will officiate the services.
