Memorial services for James Andrew Hulsey, age 42 of Cookeville, will be at 6 p.m. Friday April 14 at the Dyer Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Houston Jared will officiate.
His family will receive friends Friday from 4 p.m. until time of the service.
Andy passed away suddenly Monday, April 10, 2023 at his home.
He was born October 28, 1980 in Nashville, TN to the late Doug and Patricia (Scott) Hulsey.
Andy loved taking care of people as a nurse at AHC in Mt. Juliet, TN. He also formerly worked as a nurse in the Putnam County Jail.
Andy was a fun loving family man who adored his wife and kids.
He is survived by his wife, Vanessa (Sexton) Hulsey; children, Emily Hulsey, Oliver Hulsey, and Charlee Gifford; and brother, Joshua (Angela) Hulsey of Red Boiling Springs, TN.
