Memorial services for Mrs. Anna Mae Kolbe Hacker, age 67, of Cookeville, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday March 3 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Cookeville. The family will receive friends immediately following the services. Anna passed away Tuesday February 20, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born July 5, 1950 in Monterey, TN to the late Harold and Lydia Holloway Kolbe. Anna was raised in Wisconsin and later moved back to Tennessee. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a member of the West Congregation in Cookeville. Anna was a talented poetry writer and was awarded for some of her work. She loved being outdoors and adored her cats. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Dan Hacker, who she married March 15, 1974 in Cookeville; two brothers, Jerry and Tommy Kolbe of Algood; and aunt, Golda Walker (Lee Earl) of Monterey.
