Bettie Jean Braswell, age 80 of Cookeville, passed away on Thursday May 28 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service to honor Bettie will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday June 3 at Stevens Street Baptist Church. Jimmy Arms and Lee Bailey will officiate. Visitation for friends and family will be Tuesday from 5 - 8 p.m. at church, and again Wednesday from 9 - 11 a.m. Betty will be laid to rest at Crest Lawn Cemetery.
