Monday, Sep 29, 2008 INDIANA -- Funeral services for Billie R. Herbert, 78, of Baxter, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, at Moster Mortuary, 334 N. Main, Rushville, Ind. 46173, (765)932-3914. Burial will be in East Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Herbert died Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at his home in Baxter.
