Funeral services for Mr. William "Billy"� Sinclair Phillips II, 58, of Cookeville, will be conducted Friday, June 1, 2012, at 11:00a.m.CST at Washington Ave. Baptist Church. Rev. Mark Gaw will officiate. Graveside services and interment will be at St. John"�s Memorial Gardens in Fraser, Michigan on Tuesday, June 5th at 11:00a.m.EST. Mr. Phillips died Tuesday May 29, 2012, at the Overton Co. Nursing Home in Livingston. Mr. Phillips was born September 21, 1953, in Detroit, MI to the late William Sinclair and Luise Hinz Phillips. Mr. Phillip"�s family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner and again on Friday from 10:00am to service time at the church.
