Carolyn Fields Meyer Leslie departed her earthly home on February 26, 2026.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 5th at 1:00 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper, Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
