Charlotte Warren

Mrs. Charlotte Linda Warren, age 84 of Cookeville, died Thursday June 17, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born September 14, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Richard Zikeli and Dorothy Adler Zikeli. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Bert Warren. An organic chemist by trade, Charlotte earned a bachelors degree from Brooklyn College and a PhD from UCLA. Charlotte was also a talented pianist, earning a degree in Piano Performance from Westchester Conservatory of Music in New York. She resided in New Mexico for 10 years before moving to Cookeville. Mrs. Warren is survived by daughter, Jennifer Dewar and husband Anthony of Cookeville; grandchildren, Rosemary Dewar, Jonathan (Devan) Dewar, Elizabeth Dewar and Victoria (Chad) Judd; and by great grandchildren, Eugene Judd and Connor Dewar. No services were planned at this time.
