COOKEVILLE CHAPEL-Mr. Dale W. Sullivan,passed away suddenly on March 26, 2026, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
The community is invited to celebrate Dale’s life at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper, Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday March 31st from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life ceremony at 11:00 AM on March 31st. Interment will follow at Saylors Cemetery.
