Debora Coll

Funeral services for Debora Coll, age 63 will be held Friday September 16 at 12 noon in the Cookeville chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Rhonda Dempsey and Bro. Mike Head will officiate. Interment will follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery.

Her family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Coll died Sunday September 11, 2022 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She was born March 13, 1959 in Spokane, WA to the late Jackie Lee and Josephine Louise Ives Whitten.

Debora and her husband of 44 years, Kevin Coll, were married on July 29, 1978 in San Bernadino, CA.

Debora was a faithful believer and enjoyed reading her Bible. She also enjoyed listening to music, bowling, and watching wildlife. She especially loved her family and going out to eat with them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Baney; father-in-law, Stanley Coll; and mother-in-law, Lois Coll.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Rhonda (Kevin) Dempsey of Clarkrange, Vanessa Jolly of Cookeville, and Amanda (Keith) Partridge of La Porte, TX; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Kathy (Tom) Seymour and Gina (George) Healy; brother-in-law, Jim Baney; and many nieces and nephews.
