Debra Garner

Mrs. Debra Faye Garner, age 54 of Cookeville, died Thursday June 16, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. She was born January 6, 1968 in Birmingham, AL to the late Lucious and Eddie Mae Johnson Byner Kimble. Debra acknowledged hope in Christ at an early age and attended St. Paul's CME Church in Docena, AL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Garner, Jr.; son, Eric Kimball; sisters, Pamela Byner and Eddie May Byner; and by granddaughter, Ryleigh Ann Faye Kimball. Debra is survived by daughter, Tonya Kimball Scaggs and husband, Austin; sons, Ladarrell Kimball and Laderrick Kimball and wife Crystal; all of Cookeville; 18 grandchildren; brothers, Lewis Dawson and Harrison Dawson, of Graysville, AL; sister, Denita Johnson, of Birmingham, AL; and by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
