COOKEVILLE CHAPEL - Donna Doughty, age 65, of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday May 23, 2026.

Born in Middletown, New York, Donna was a devoted mother, beloved family member, and friend to many. She dedicated much of her life to caring for her family and creating a home filled with love, strength, and support.

She is remembered for her kindness, resilience, and the quiet ways she showed love each day. Whether through her words, her actions, or simply her presence, she made a lasting impact on those around her.

Donna is survived by her husband, John Doughty; her daughter, Kimberly Mudge; her son, Matthew Mudge; her mother, Louise Schmick; her sisters, Deborah (Mike) Drejza and Jeannine (Scott) Decker; her brother, Richard Bunting, and several nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Bunting.
