Frank Stewart

COOKEVILLE-Franklin D. (Frank) Stewart passed away June 18, 2026 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 78. He was born June 25, 1947 in Putnam County, TN to the late Jack and Jessie Carr Stewart.

He leaves behind his loving daughter, Cindy Mabery (Ken); grandsons, Jared McLerran (Kari), Braden McLerran (Monique), and Cody Mabery; and three great-granddaughters. He is also survived by sisters, Mary Maxwell, Delores Joseph and Wanda Roth; a brother, Jack Stewart; Jr.; and by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of nearly 58 years, Judy Lee Martin Stewart; and by his sisters, Billie Gentry and Ruth Allison.

Frank never met a stranger and always found joy in helping others. He had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh.
