Funeral services for Mrs. Guadalupe Jose Mendez, age 59 of Cookeville and formerly of Guatemala, will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Mendez died Sunday November 7, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born February 12, 1962 in Guatemala. Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
