BAXTER CHAPEL-Mr. Guy Goolsby, age 78 of Cookeville, died Monday morning, July 27th at Signature Healthcare of Putnam County.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 30th at 11:00 a.m. at the Baxter chapel of Hooper, Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home (532 4th Street, Baxter, TN 38544). Interment will follow at Double Springs Cemetery.
His family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Baxter chapel.
