Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Bernice Blaylock, age 84, willl be held Friday July 24,at 1 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memory Gardens in Crossville. Survivors include son, Greg (Angie) Blaylock, daughter, Debbie (David) Dixon, grandchildren, Matt & Dylan, J Philip Dixon, great grandchild, Oakley Blaylock, and sister, Betty Sue Cooper.
