Hollis Randall Flatt

DYER CHAPEL-Hollis Randall "Randy" Flatt, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 66. He was born on October 2, 1959, in Cookeville, Tennessee. 

Randy was a graduate of Putnam County Senior High School, class of 1979. His professional journey led him to significant roles at Encompass Manufacturing and G & L Tubing in Cookeville, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Sue Tucker Flatt of Cookeville, and three sons: John Mark Flatt, Logan Randall (Katie) Flatt of Goodlettsville, and Austin Williams, of Goodlettsville; sisters, Diane Parrett of Sparta and Karen (Ed) Smith of Baxter and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hollis Logan Flatt and Barbara Naomi McCloud Flatt and a sister, Kimberley Marie Flatt Murphy. 

Randy will be cremated. No public services are planned.

Hollis Randall Flatt's legacy will continue through his family and the enduring memories created over the years. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.
