Funeral services for Isaiah Samuel Moffitt, son of Jerry Moffitt and Rebecca Cantrell Moffitt of Cookeville, will be held Tuesday, August 15th at 3:00 p.m. at Taylors Providence Free Will Baptist Church in Sparta. Interment will follow in Taylors Providence Cemetery. Isaiah's family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the church. In addition to his parents, Isaiah's family includes brothers and sisters, Robbie, Lindsey, Andrew, Kevin, Kate, Emily, Maddie and Lillie; maternal grandparents, Donna Newton and Herman Cantrell and wife Joann Data; and paternal grandparents, Sam and Frances Moffitt. Isaiah's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Cookeville Pregnancy Clinic, 694 S Willow Ave, #3, Cookeville, TN 38501 and/or to Trisomy 18 Foundation, 4491 Cheshire Station Plaza, Suite 157, Dale City, VA 22193.
