COOKEVILLE-Mr. Jack Rick died Friday June 20, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He was born May 24, 1944 in Dallas, TX and had lived in Tennessee for the past 17 years.

He loved smoking meats, gardening, and playing pool.

He is survived by his longtime friend and companion, Cindy Setters.
